Shipping Policy
Applies to retail orders placed on tsaratea.com. Wholesale: see the note at the end.
Overview
- We ship internationally to all countries from our facilities in Canada and Sri Lanka.
- Carrier selection: We may ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, Canada Post, or similar premium carriers at our discretion.
- Service level: Standard shipping only (no “cool ship” or heat-safe summer option).
- Processing cutoff: Orders placed by 2:00 pm PT, Monday–Friday are typically processed the same business day. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
- Transit time: Standard delivery typically arrives in 7–20 business days depending on destination. Actual timelines vary by location and carrier.
Retail Rates & Free Shipping (USA & Canada)
Free shipping on qualifying retail orders to the USA and Canada over $50 (USD for U.S. orders; CAD for Canadian orders), before taxes/discounts.

International Shipping (Outside USA & Canada)
- We ship worldwide. Rates are shown at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Duties & import taxes (DDU): International customers are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
- Local taxes: We collect taxes for North American customers where required. International customers are responsible for their local taxes.
- Transit estimate: Typically 7–20 business days, depending on country, carrier, and customs clearance.
Addresses, PO Boxes & Delivery
PO Boxes
We do ship to PO Boxes where the selected carrier supports delivery. Some services may be limited to postal options.
Delivery Attempts
Carriers may deliver without signature or attempt redelivery based on local practices. If undeliverable, packages may be held at a pickup point per carrier policy.
Processing Times & Possible Delays
- Cutoff: Orders placed by 2:00 pm PT (Mon–Fri) are generally processed the same business day.
- No weekend shipping: Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
- Delays can occur due to payment issues, address errors, inventory allocation, customs inspection, or carrier disruptions (e.g., weather events).
Wholesale Orders
