At Tsara Tea, your satisfaction means everything to us. Every package we ship is crafted with care and checked for quality to ensure you receive nothing less than excellence. If for any reason your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.
You may return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product damage.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- 💬 Our team will guide you through the process and, if approved, send a prepaid return label.
- 📦 Carefully repackage your item and attach the provided shipping label.
- 💳 Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund — at no cost to you. To speed up resolution, please include photos of the damaged items and your order number when contacting our support team.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and hygiene standards, opened tea packages and loose-leaf products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were damaged or defective upon arrival.
